Human Rights and Ethical Sourcing
At Million Source, we believe all people are entitled to fundamental rights and freedoms. While working with partners and suppliers, we are vigilant about human rights and ethical sourcing. We are committed to ensuring that everyone in our supply chain is treated in accordance with the law and our rigorous ethical requirements. Moreover, we work with our third-party factories, licensees and stakeholders to address issues concerning social compliance and help ensure our products are manufactured in working conditions that are fair, safe and legal for workers and that they offer support to local communities.
At Million Source, our process for ensuring compliance within our factory base includes prequalification, monitoring, oversight, transparency, capacity building, and partnerships. We engage directly with Million Source third-party vendors and licensees to drive social and environmental compliance and require them to do the same within their supply chains, including auditing and monitoring of subcontractors.
We are committed to legal and ethical behavior at the workplace and in all our business practices. Our commitment to ethical behavior also includes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, as well as compliance with anti-corruption laws around the world. Operating ethically and with integrity are at the core of Million Source's culture. We work honestly, complying with laws and regulations, following policies and adhering to high ethical standards.

Philanthropy and Community Service
The founder of Million Source Marita Leung is committed to enacting social change through her business ventures. Her philanthropic work with various institutions such as Po Leung Kuk Foundation, Wong Chuk Hang Elderly Center, The Social Community Service for New Immigrants, The Children's Hospital, The Tung Wah Hospital, The Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Association and more aim at improving the lives of disadvantaged people by creating awareness, empowerment and action. Most of Marita's businesses are in keeping with her goal of being socially responsible. A firm believer in the importance of education as a fundamental medium for creating a robust future for children, Marita has been volunteering as a Trustee of Salisbury School for the past 5 years; Co-Chairing its Admissions and Development. She is also a generous donor and supporter of CALS-Cornell University for 4 years playing an integral role in their Global Development Project. Marita helps open avenues and liaise on behalf of CALS to further the goals of its scientific innovation and research team.
In keeping with the philosophy of Corporate Social Responsibility, Million Source and its employees partake in charitable events and activities on a regular basis. Over the past several years philanthropy and community service has been woven into the fabric of Million Source's mission statement as we believe that the only way we can move forward as a community is through collaboration and support.
